1. AIA New York Chapter Design Award: Architecture Merit Award: TheatreSquared

Marvel proudly received the AIA New York Chapter Design Award's Architecture Merit Award for our work on TheatreSquared. This transformative project seamlessly blends functionality with sustainability, redefining modern architecture's ecological responsibilities. The innovative design not only captivates aesthetically but also serves as a sustainable model for future developments, symbolizing Marvel's commitment to forward-thinking architectural solutions.


2. AIA New York Chapter Design Award: Citation For Navigating the Balance Between Preservation and Activation: Battery Maritime Building

Recognizing Marvel's expertise in balancing preservation and modern activation, the AIA New York Chapter bestowed a Citation Award to our transformative work on the Battery Maritime Building. This historical ferry terminal, once at the risk of being lost forever, has been revived into a vibrant multi-use event and hospitality venue. Marvel’s thoughtful adaptation preserves the building's historic integrity while breathing new life into the space, contributing to the revitalization of New York City's waterfront.


3. USITT 2023 Architecture Award: TheatreSquared

TheatreSquared earned the prestigious USITT Architecture Award, honoring excellence in theatre project design. 4. ASLA New York Merit Award: Bronx Point

6. Architizer A+ Special Mention, Gyms & Recreation Centers: Major R. Owens Health & Wellness Community Center (Bedford)

16. Chicago Athenaeum American Architecture Award: Honorable Mention: Village Community School
