Marvel is seeking an Architect, Senior Designer, or Strong Intermediate Designer with experience in construction administration to fill immediate, full-time positions for Construction Administration and On-Site Representation on its New York projects.

This position requires a motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 10+ years of architectural experience including construction administration of mid and large-scale projects.
• Experience in managing project teams and consultants in design and construction phases. Experience should also include code, design presentation, contract documentation, specifications, consultant coordination, client interface, scheduling and organization.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction practices, and the diversity of skillsets required to balance owner, tenants and contractor requests, while maintaining project integrity.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Minimum of Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited school is required, Masters Degree in Architecture from an accredited school is preferred.
  New York State Architectural License (or in the process of registration) preferred.

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000
