With over 15 years of experience, Guillermo J. Marrero Bauzá is an accomplished designer whose work spans affordable housing, commercial developments, and public spaces that integrate landscape and architecture. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and has since led multidisciplinary teams on complex projects in both San Juan and New York, guiding them from concept to execution. His work has been recognized both locally and internationally, receiving multiple design awards for innovation, sustainability,and research. Guillermo brings a collaborative, place-based approach to every project, grounded in cultural relevance and environmental responsibility.
