Rafael A. Ferrer

Rafael Andrés Ferrer Rivera joined Marvel architects in 2016 as an architectural designer. With nine years of experience working on different architectural studios, Rafael has experience with
a variety of project types, including single family residential, multifamily residential, hospitality, corporate offices, health care, and commercial. After receiving a Bachelor in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, Rafael is pursuing licensure in Puerto Rico. He is part of the San Juan, Puerto Rico branch office where he has been involved in local projects as the Flores and Sprague private Residence in Bahia Beach Resort in Rio Grande Puerto Rico. His focus on designs goes hand in hand to his focus on achieving great project coordination with clients and design consultants. Rafael always shows a curiosity on traditional ways of architectural representation of design ideas and design diagrams. For him, the skill of representing an idea in a fast and beautiful yet simple way is key to communicating design.
