Eric Garced-Rios

After acquiring a B.Arch from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, Eric flew to New York City to develop professionally in the architectural field. Eric firmly believes in the plurality and
collaborative effort that takes to materialize a project, as such, within the 5 years of working in different studios, he acquired an array of experiences of working with the partners, consultants, and clients through different phases and project types. Currently, Eric’s repertoire is and not limited to, single family residential, mixeduse, education, renovation/expansion, and modular residential. As part of Marvel in the San Juan, Puerto Rico branch he has had the opportunity to work with local projects such USDOL Vocational Trades Aguadilla and Casa Rosa in Maunabo.
