The design of Bronx Point achieves a balance between providing the types of active spaces that the neighborhood needs, while at the same time creating a waterfront space that prioritizes ecology and learning. Bronx Point will also serve as exhibition and event space for adjacent tenants, BronxWorks, Billion Oysters Project, and the Universal Hip Hop Museum and their combined tens of thousands of annual visitors.
