Ariel Poliner, AIA

Since joining Marvel in 2014, Ariel has worked on a variety of projects at a wide range of scales—from school renovations and adaptable reuse studies to campus master plans and large multifamily developments. Currently, Ariel is managing the design of the North Aud Development in Buffalo, NY—a multi-building mixed used residential development. Prior to North Aud, Ariel managed the design of two two large scale multi-family projects: The Riverie in Greenpoint and 100 S Campus Drive in Boston. Previously, Ariel oversaw the construction of TheatreSquared, a ground up performing arts complex in Fayeteville, Arkansas which he worked on from its initial inception through to its final completion and occupancy. Before joining Marvel, Ariel worked as a designer
at OMA and as a residential carpenter in Washington D.C. Ariel received a MArch with High Distinction from the University of Michigan and a BSArch from the University of Virginia.
