Danielle Cerone, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Director

Danielle is an experienced architect with over 20 years of practice in creating impactful built environments. Danielle believes that effective design must be both functional and visually appealing, while also making a positive impact on the local community and the wider environment.

As an active leader of technology at Marvel, Danielle has spearheaded a diverse range of projects, including the Stonewall House, NYC’s largest LGBT+ senior housing complex (recipient of the AIA DFA award); Jacob’s Pillow New Dance Theatre, a mass-timber framed structure in Becket, Massachusetts and the Brownsville Multi-service Center, a design-build community center in collaboration with NYC DDC.

Her portfolio also features the Brooklyn Heights Public Library, Jerome Courts, and Starhill Residences. Currently, she is leading the design of the NY State Office of Emergency Management in Albany. She holds a Master of Architecture from Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Miami University, where she has served as a visiting studio professor.
