Enrique Ramón Milián, RA

Enrique is a licensed architect and holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. With over twenty years of experience in architecture and project management firms, Enrique is well-versed in all facets of the design and construction process. As project manager, he oversaw the design/build contract for a new outpatient Clinic Building in Santurce, Puerto Rico—a Federally (HRSA) funded, LEED Silver certified project. His responsibilities included procurement of design and construction services, contract management, oversight of permitting processes, design reviews and quality control, project team coordination, daily on-site observation, and weekly/monthly project reporting. At Marvel, Enrique has had deep experience in affordable housing projects as part of the design team for Brookfield Commons & as lead for the construction administration efforts for Far Rockaway Village.
