Héctor Rodriguez Burgos
Architectural Designer
Héctor is an experienced architectural designer with six years of professional experience. He holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, along with a minor in Preservation and Conservation of Historic Buildings. After completing his undergraduate studies, Héctor began his career at an interior design firm, where he contributed to the development of closets, kitchens, bathrooms, and small construction projects. In this role, he took an interactive approach, collaborating closely with contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients. Since joining Marvel in 2018, Héctor has worked on a diverse range of projects, including commercial, residential, health care, mixed-use, and recreational developments. He has been involved in all stages of design, from concept through construction administration. Notably, he has focused on affordable and mixed-use low-income residential projects in Far Rockaway Village, contributing to the neighborhood’s ongoing development. With a background in interior design, Héctor has also played a key role in larger-scale projects in New York and smaller-scale commercial projects in Puerto Rico, further enhancing his versatile expertise in architecture.
