Architectural Designer
Juan is an enthusiastic architectural designer who whole-heartedly believes that good design should be informed by environmental circumstances, contextual input and clear programmatic needs. He also advocates in bringing positive physical change in areas that
have insufficient access to design and planning services. With experience in multi-family housing, he is adept at keeping an eye on all aspects of a job when designing, balancing the imperatives of zoning, codes and constructability.
He is also an awardee of the American Architectural Foundation: Sustainable Cities Design Academy #9 Leadership Training and a scholar of the first class of the AIA-PR Chrsitopher Kelley Leadership Development Program.
