In addition to his professional work, Ramon’s Master’s thesis at Louisiana State University studied how to transform underused spaces beneath elevated highways into vibrant community areas. His research highlighted challenges like community displacement and environmental issues, but also showed how these spaces can be revitalized to better connect neighborhoods. With experience in both hands-on design and innovative research, Ramon is committed to creating landscapes that enrich communities and the environment.
