Caroline approaches projects across multiple scales, drawing on man education in architecture and industrial design. With over 13 years of experience, she sees each opportunity—whether a small-scale interior renovation or a large urban planning study—as a way to uncover the stories, patterns, and context that define a place. During her time in Marvel’s New York office, Caroline contributed to a diverse range of educational, cultural, and mixed-use projects. She has since played a key role in establishing and growing Marvel’s Richmond practice, expanding the firm’s reach while maintaining a thoughtful, context-driven approach. Her commitment to long-term client partnerships is reflected in the projects she leads and a track record of repeat collaborations.
