Bloom on Forty Fifth

An urban oasis within Manhattan's grid.

Located in Hell's Kitchen, this 92-unit condo building features retail areas and various amenities. An articulated precast façade, glazed curtain wall, and interiors with stone, metal, and lush greenery bring nature indoors. The development includes a second-floor courtyard, a rooftop terrace, and a 24-hour lobby. Amenities such as a well-equipped fitness center and residents' lounge serve to simplify and enhance everyday living, while modern security systems provide convenience. Its unique design and amenities offer residents a harmonious blend of urban sophistication and tranquility.

Bathed in natural light from a big skylight, this inviting lounge seamlessly connects to the building’s lush interior courtyard - an intimate pocket oasis at the heart of the home. We introduced wood and lush greenery into the lobby to commemorate the outdoor courtyard areas.

Light oak, white stone, and champagne metals form a tranquil and refined palette, creating a calming space.

With the intention to mirror the concept of an Urban Oasis, we designed the interior with elements such as stone, capturing roughness and refinement, along with metal to express the city’s geometric lines.

Bloom on Forty Fifth’s signature amenity is an 8,000-square-foot park-like elevated terrace set between the North and South residential towers, reflecting the spirit of Manhattan’s increasingly imaginatively designed contemporary green spaces.

Our primary mission was to construct an urban oasis that would symbolize Central Park within Manhattan's grid. As a result, we introduced a second-floor courtyard and an array of residential amenity spaces, including common and private roof terraces.
