One Clinton

The hinge between the historic Brooklyn Heights brownstones and the dynamism of Downtown Brooklyn.

In partnership with the Hudson Companies, Marvel designed One Clinton, a modern 38-story building that gracefully integrates with historic Brooklyn Heights and Downtown Brooklyn. With its minimalist limestone and bronze facade and distinct triangular footprint, the building visually engages with Manhattan’s Midtown, the harbor, and brownstone Brooklyn. Housing a library on the ground floor and a four-story volume along Clinton Street, the building features a residential lobby, retail spaces, and a community facility.

The more intimate scale of the Clinton Street side of the building is designed to allow the tower form to transition down to the familiar lower-height context and façade rhythms typical of brownstone Brooklyn and the surrounding Brooklyn Heights neighborhood.
The 134-unit condominium tower provides panoramic views and state-of-the-art living, including underground self-parking, a 26th-floor sky lounge, a 2,000 square-foot fitness center, a 3,500 square-foot terrace, a children’s playroom, and a multi-media lounge, enhancing the resident experience in the heart of Brooklyn Heights.
