The $65 million project, completed in May 2022, provides 175 apartments, 105 of which are supportive units for formerly homeless individuals with mental health or substance abuse issues. The building, financed through multiple city programs and tax credits, offers various amenities including security, a gym, and a terrace. Its accessible location and improved streetscape contribute to urban renewal, earning it the 2022 Impact Award for Community Investment.

The building entrance and lobby are inviting and warm, welcoming all tenants and guests into a 24-hour secured entry. Light and durable materials were utilized to make sure that the lobby will stand the test of time. The building’s primary staircase is visible from the main entry doors and encourages use up to the second-floor amenity spaces.
