Portal de San Germán
Portal de San Germán is a 56 dwelling-unit project that provides much needed affordable housing to the town of San Germán, in the western mountain region of Puerto Rico.
Network of Walkways
A network of pedestrian walkways passing through green areas connect all the dwelling units.

Pedestrian Bridge
A natural creek crosses longitudinally through the site. A pedestrian and vehicular bridge connects both sides of the site.
Streetscape
Structures were sited following the natural creek creating curved building perimeters.
