Hoboken Boathouse
The Hoboken boathouse is a public/private boathouse offering access to the Hoboken Cove Waterfront in New Jersey. The facility will house 40 boats. It will also offer flexible indoor and outdoor storage spaces and year round programming areas for the community, boathouse members, and local schools and universities. Working with Hoboken’s “Rebuild by Design” effort, Marvel integrated a berm and flood wall in order to provide waterfront access while protecting from floods and storms.
